All Multicolores’ products are handmade one at a time, using recycled materials, and each design is unique. Our artists are masters, and they strive for excellence in quality and design in every item they create. Handmade artwork has natural variance in color, size, and texture. These variances make each product unique and represent the recycled materials used and the individual artist’s hand. 

We make every effort to depict each product accurately. However, product photographs, as displayed on your computer monitor or device, may differ slightly from the actual product color.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your Multicolores’ artwork, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.To make a return, contact Multicolores’ customer service directly at shop@multicolores.org. We will gladly assist you personally with this process.
