Shipping

Orders over $100 ship free to the United States and Guatemala. 

New US Duty & Tax Law
Effective August 29 2025, the previous rule that allowed shipments valued at $800 or less to enter the US duty-free has been revoked for all countries, including Guatemala. All shipments are now subject to customs clearance, duties and taxes regardless of value.  

DHL will contact you by email to pay the tax for each product. After payment, delivery will proceed to the addresses they provide. Please note that the payment depends on the product, and customs determines the tariff per package.

Our small team does our very best to ship your order quickly. We ship orders once weekly from our headquarters in Panajachel, Guatemala. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your product to be delivered. Multicolores is not responsible for customs issues or delays. We are not responsible for any delivery errors, delays, or lost and stolen packages once the package has been shipped and is in the custody of the shipping service provider. Holiday Shipping 2025
We will continue fulfilling orders until Wednesday, December 17.  Orders placed after this date will ship in early January.  To guarantee delivery by Christmas please place your order on or before Wednesday, December 10.
