This work of art was designed and hand-stitched by Micaela Fabiola Aguilar García, member of the Totonicapán embroidery group.

The beautiful embroidery features a variety of warm colors with butterflies and flowers on an indigo-striped fabric. Its rectangular shape makes it an excellent lumbar pillow. Beautiful on the sofa or bed.

Materials

The pillow cloth is handwoven traditional recycled indigo fabric (corte) with subtle blue stripes. The embroidery is done with a variety of threads and stitches. There is a hidden zipper on the back side allowing for easy washing. Pillow insert is not included.
