This work of art was designed and crafted by Lidia Griselda Pich Chopén member of  Chuacruz  the  rug hooking group.

 This larger size works well in many locations in the home such as by the bed, by the couch, in front of the kitchen sink, and also works as a wall hanging.

Recycled secondhand clothing and cotton base cloth. This artwork was made using 45-50 recycled garments.

Dimensions

Care

Spot clean with warm water and mild soap recommended. Shake to remove dust or sand. Vacuum with brush attachment and gentle suction only. Lay flat to dry.

Lidia Griselda Pich Chopén

Her favorite part of being an artist at Multicolores is being able to design and combine colors because during this process, she uses her imagination and carries out the entire process with a lot of care.

She draws her inspiration from nature because it brings her joy and motivates her to keep moving forward.

Lidia feels proud of herself because she has learned to combine colors. Before, it was challenging for her to do this, but now she feels very happy.

“Multicolores is an association for women where they can develop their art using various fabrics and colors to create their rugs, and it supports them in growing as individuals.”
