Imelda Estela Pich Chopén

Imelda's favorite part of being an artist at Multicolores is doing crochet embroidery because she enjoys seeing how her artworks turn out and loves to observe how the designs she creates come to life.

She draws her inspiration from the “Güipiles” of Quiché, as they feature geometric patterns where they incorporate different types of animals and very beautiful designs.

Imelda feels proud of knowing how to do the crochet technique, because at the beginning, she felt she wouldn’t be able to achieve it, and now she feels very satisfied to have accomplished it.
